Keep Kids In Care
A new initiative brought to you by Maryland Committee for Children, Inc.
Wouldn't it be nice to have someone to call who is able to offer support and ideas when you are working with a child with a particularly challenging behavior?
Challenging behaviors can be a normal part of early childhood development or they can be a symptom of something more serious. Either way, challenging behaviors are stressful for child care providers, the children, and their parents.
Keep Kids In Care counselors have experience working with children with challenging behaviors in a variety of settings. A counselor will work with you as a team to create a list of suggested professionally researched behavior strategies that can be used in your program.
For more information call Keep Kids In Care at 1-866-306-6600. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are unable to reach a counselor, please leave a message with the best time to reach you and we will call you as soon as possible.
