Course description:

The Advanced Training of Trainers Institute is an opportunity for more experienced trainers who have completed Maryland Family Network ’s Responsive Training Symposium to expand their knowledge and understanding of training techniques and principles of adult learning. Using the information presented in MFN’s highly acclaimed Responsive Training Symposium as a base, we will explore the theory and practice that enables trainers to excel in their work. 

Topics to be covered include:

• flip chart/graphic techniques
• question/answer strategies
• group process/group dynamics
• emotional intelligence theory
• public speaking (including technology tips)
• critiquing skills
