Job Qualifications: A degree in early childhood education, special education, related field, is required. A Masters' is preferred. Also required are experience in early childhood education, training adult professionals or parents; knowledge of child care delivery system; ability to use computers, and strong verbal, writing, and organizational skills. Center start up and operations, experience working with parents and employers, and database and administrative experience are also required.

Job Responsibilities:
 Assists in the planning, developing and implementing of a high quality state-wide program to provide technical assistance to direct service providers serving pre-school and school age children
.

Job Qualifications: Must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:generally accpted accouting principles, computerized accounting programs, accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash flow monitoring, fund accounting, preparation of financial statements, government contracting, administration of employee benefits, and payroll systems and reporting. Requires a BA with a CPA, MBA, or MA in related field such as nonprofit administration or accounting. Five years progressively responsible related experience in a nonprofit organization is required. Must demonstrate the ability to assume full responsibility for the financial operation of a complex, financial system. Relevant experience may be substituted for advanced degree and/or certification. Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing required.

Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for planning, directing and controlling financial and human resource functions for the organization
. Responsibilities include preparing the budget, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports, developing and implementing an effective sytem of accounting, managing the payroll system and administering the employee benefits.
