DHR Lifts POC Freeze!
The Department of Human Resources is pleased to announce the full reopening of the wait list for Purchase of Care beginning November 1, 2005.
Thank you for your interest in helping families receive this service. Please use the following information to assist families who may be eligible.
Families in the following categories may be eligible:
NOTE: For teen parents and non-parent custodians $5,000 is disregarded from their gross annual income
To Apply , a family must submit the following information to their Local Department of Social Services:
- The Purchase of Care (POC) Application
- Verifications of work activity and income
